Our house is situated on the Lindfields estate just ten minutes west of Walt Disney World.  We are not on the US27 so you don't have to worry about getting stuck in traffic on US192 getting to Disney.

We have a large swimming pool which is set in a private fenced garden. The pool is surrounded by a mesh screen which lets all the sun in, but keeps out any nasty bugs!  Unlike some hotels, there is no limitation on the times you can use the pool since there is underwater lighting and the patio area is fully lit.

Our villa is set on a very well known and popular residential estate where the houses are a mixture of other holiday homes and homes owned by American families who live there.

Near to the estate, there are shops, supermarkets (one is 24 hour), restaurants, bars, banks and a doctor's surgery.

We have managers who are available 24 hours a day to assist you with any emergency or just to answer any questions you may have about your stay.  Before your departure, we can advise on theme park passes and provide low-priced tickets.

The villa is fully furnished throughout and everything you could need is provided, including towels (hand, bath and beach), hair dryers, washer, dryer, cot, high chair, 2 safes, fully fitted kitchen, cable TV, DVD player, CD player, telephone (with free international calls), high speed internet and air conditioning.

The accommodation comprises:-

DOWNSTAIRS

Open plan living area which includes dining area, breakfast area, lounge, fully fitted kitchen.  The kitchen is complete with microwave, dishwasher etc.

Laundry room with large washer, dryer, ironing board, iron.

Separate WC.

Games Room fitted out with TV/DVD combi, XBox, table football, air hockey.  Complete with selection of DVDs and XBox games.

Double bedroom with fully fitted bathroom that includes double sink, bath, separate shower cubicle and WC.  Large walk in wardrobe.  Patio doors open out onto the pool area. Safe for your valuables.

UPSTAIRS

One double bedroom.

One twin bedroom.

One bedroom with bunk beds.

Sofa bed.

Family bathroom.
